# Relay (relayto.ai)

**relay** (verb): to share a doc with someone and the supporting context with their agent, guided by one purpose, so their agent can explain your reasoning and send back questions that need your decision. Say it to your agent: relay {what} to {who} for {why}. Or ask for it: ask {who} to relay me {what} for {why}. Relay works with Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor and any AI agent that takes MCP connectors.

Start with your agent by saying: relay {what} to {who} for {why}. Or upload a PDF, write or paste your doc in the web app, name the recipients and purpose, and bring in context from your agent through the connector or by pasting its response. Your agent uses the purpose to select relevant context. You review the doc and context before sharing a link. The person reads the doc in a browser and can bring the context into their own agent. Their agent answers in your words, follows your rules (what it may say, what it must check with you first, what it must never do) and sends back anything you’d rather answer yourself. You see who read it and when, publish new versions, and can revoke it at any time. Relay checks every draft before it's shared: secrets come out automatically, hidden instructions aimed at their agent are caught, and context that contradicts the doc is flagged. A reader without an agent can ask on the relay's page, answered only from what was approved. You can also ask someone for context, attach a PDF deck their agent shows slide by slide, and add a booking link. Relay is made by Neopolis, the team behind Navii.

- A relay link /r/{id} serves HTML to people, /r/{id}.md to agents and /r/{id}.json to apps. A relay can also have links of its own (/r/l_{id}), each for one person or for anyone who verifies their email, with its own access, download setting and end date. Reading requires verifying an email; agent links carry a per-reader key.
