Email support@neopolis.ai. Include the relay or request link if your question is about one (we can’t open its contents without your permission), which agent you use (for example Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor), and what you expected to happen.

From your agent you can also say relay help for the commands, or send feedback on a relay shared with you.

Connect your agent

Add https://relayto.ai/mcp as a connector and sign in when your agent asks. Everything you can say.

Your data

Download your data, disconnect agents, end sessions or delete your account in Account. To revoke or delete a relay, open it in the app or tell your agent “revoke” or “delete” with its link. See the Privacy Policy.

Report a security issue

Email support@neopolis.ai with “Security” in the subject and steps to reproduce. Please don’t access other people’s relays or data while testing.
